This sake presents a clear appearance and a beautifully balanced, dry profile. The aromatic bouquet is herbaceous with distinct notes of tofu, fresh rice cake, and bamboo, complemented by subtle hints of peach and rice candy. On the palate, it offers a smooth texture with a medium body, showcasing a clean umami flavour and a touch of peach.
