Shiro is Masumi's 'session sake.' It has the fruitiness and delicacy of a good junmai ginjo yet is soft and light enough to enjoy every day. Mild aromas of banana and apple lead into a palate that is gently sweet and brightened by acidity and lingering savoury umami. Pairing suggestions of fresh greens, salads with citrus accents, grilled shrimp & chicken, dairy and cheese dishes.
