This premium Daiginjo features a clear appearance and a vividly aromatic bouquet of pineapple, lychee, and Fiji apple. On the palate, it expands into a multilayered feast of exotic fruit, including notes of clementine and pear, supported by a well structured umami richness. The texture is extremely light and tropical, transitioning into a refreshing acidity and a clean basil finish. It is crafted from locally grown Yamada Nishiki rice polished to 38% and fermented slowly at low temperatures. ABV 17%.
