A singular spirit aged in two vastly different barrels. After two years in virgin American Oak barrels, the Boulder Bourbon is transferred into ex-Sherry casks for finishing, gaining the wine's qualities and exploring a different species of Oak. Both are an homage to the history of whisky, a nod to the future, and creating new flavours.
