Description
This bourbon is crafted using a grain recipe of 72% corn, 18% rye, and 10% malted barley, which is fermented for an industry leading six days and triple distilled in copper pot stills. The whiskey is matured in new charred oak barrels and is characterized by a complex balance of more than 200 detectable flavour notes.
Colour: A clean and brilliant honey amber or deep amber hue.
Aroma: Heavy with rich dried fruit and hints of mint and oranges dusted with cocoa, followed by faint vanilla and tobacco spice.
Palate: Rich, chewy, and rounded with complex notes of citrus, cinnamon, toffee, caramel, and chocolate.
Body: Full bodied and smooth with a robust character that adds depth.
Finish: Silky smooth and almost creamy at first, leading into a long, warm, and satisfying tail.
