Knob Creek 9 Year Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon is a premium American whiskey produced at the Jim Beam distillery in Clermont, Kentucky. Introduced in 1992 by sixth-generation Master Distiller Booker Noe, it was created to restore the standards of pre-prohibition style bourbon, which was typically aged longer and featured a bigger, fuller flavour. The brand is part of the Beam Small Batch Bourbon Collection and is currently overseen by Master Distiller Fred Noe, son of the founder.

This flagship expression is aged for nine years in new American white oak barrels that receive the deepest level 4 char.

Aroma: The nose is fragrant and robust, featuring rich aromas of toasted nuts, oak, and grain, layered with maple sugar, caramel, vanilla, and a touch of sweet apricot.
Palate: It offers a full-bodied and bold palate with a base of rich oak and distinctive sweetness. Flavours include vanilla, caramel, brown sugar, and toasted nuts, complemented by green peppercorns and sweet oak spice.
Body: The bourbon is undeniably big and rich with a density that can feel intense for beginners but remains well-rounded.
Finish: It concludes with a long, warm, and glowing finish characterized by lingering notes of leather, aged oak, and warming rye spice.
ABV: This bourbon is bottled at 50% (100 proof).
