This medium purple Pinot Noir offers a bright clarity and a lifted bouquet of red plum, dark cherries, and aniseed, complemented by notes of cocoa, thyme, and subtle wood smoke. On the palate, it is medium bodied and elegant, featuring juicy flavours of black raspberry and cherry entwined with dark herbs, cinnamon, and five spice.
