The nose is expressive and powerful, offering aromas of ripe blackberries and raspberries layered with floral notes and subtle hints of mineral and cocoa. On the palate, the wine is medium to full bodied and fleshy, delivering concentrated fruit flavours that are balanced by a pleasant freshness and rounded tannins. It is characterized by its youthful energy and a long, persistent finish that echoes the dark fruit notes found on the nose. This 100% Tinta de Toro (Tempranillo) is sourced from old vines between 50 and 70 years of age and typically has an ABV of 14.5%. The wine is produced following biodynamic viticulture techniques and is not certified organic.
