Italian-born, Pascual Toso settled in Argentina and established his Mendoza winery in 1890. This wine shows flavours of chocolate, floral note and plum with hints of smoke and spice. Medium-plus body with soft tannins and a good mouthfeel, it will complement leaner cuts of beef like sirloin or filet as well as lamb or duck.
