Straw yellow in colour with lemon reflexes, this Pinot Grigio is youthful and lively. On the nose, this wine has aromas of citrus, white blossoms, pears, apples and meadow grass. There is a fresh, crisp minerality and a clear finish. Wonderful as an aperitif as well as a wine that pairs well with butter-poached fish, scampi's, and pasta dishes such as pasta primavera.
