The wine is crafted by Domaine Chante Cigale, a family estate with deep roots in the nearby Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation. The estate has been owned by the Sabon Favier family for several generations and is named for the famed 'singing cicadas' of Provence. Winemaker Alexandre Favier, part of a new generation, combines modern technical expertise with time-honoured winemaking practices.

Wine Description

On the nose, it offers fresh, ripe red berries and notes of a forest floor with a touch of subtle spice. The palate delivers robust flavours of red and black cherries, along with a pinch of spice. It presents a well-balanced structure with lovely acidity and soft, smooth tannins.
