Bright red violet colour. Strong in nose, intense ripe fruit notes. Well balanced and structured with a correct acidity. Soft and pleasant tannins. Modern cut wine with a potential of 2-3 years. Intense cherry and bramble fruit flavours. The Syrah adds a delicious peppery note making this great with red meats and stews, even hard cheeses such as parmesan.
