Sappioana's Dolcetto d'Alba is an intense ruby ​​red with violet reflections.  The nose holds fresh, fragrant, fruity notes, with hints of cherry, strawberry, and raspberry.  The palate is full, dry, harmonious in the alcohol, acidic and tannic components, a pleasantly soft and persistent finish with a pleasant aftertaste.
