St Remy VSOP is a premium French brandy produced in the Loire Valley, France. The distillery was established in 1886 by Paul Emile Rémy Martin II in the village of Machecoul after phylloxera damaged the vineyards in Charente. Currently owned by the spirits company Rémy Cointreau, St Remy launched its original 'Fine St Remy' recipe in 1917 and has since grown to become the top selling French brandy globally.

This brandy is crafted from a selection of red and white grapes sourced from prestigious French wine regions, including Burgundy, Champagne, and Bordeaux. The spirit is distilled using a traditional continuous copper column process and matured in small French oak barrels.
Colour: It features an amber yellow hue lit with glints of gold.
Aroma: The nose begins with a vivacity that yields to fruity notes of apricot, peach, gooseberry, and wild strawberry, accented by subtle tones of vanilla and wood.
Palate: The palate provides a delicate and balanced mouthfeel with fruit and wood flavours, delivering what the nose promises.
Body: It is light to medium bodied with a smooth, velvety texture.
Finish: The experience concludes with a grand vanilla finale and a long, lingering finish of dried fruits and spices.
