Named for the tahona stone used to crush the agave piñas, this blanco has an astonishing purity to it. Pleasingly peppery on the nose and palate, backed by a hint of vanilla, roasted jalapeño emerges midpalate before finishing clean and crisp, with a lemon-zest note.
