Chairman's Reserve is a premium rum produced on the island of Saint Lucia, specifically within the agriculturally rich Roseau Valley. The brand was first blended in 1999 under the supervision of the late Laurie Barnard, who served as the 'Chairman' of St. Lucia Distillers. St. Lucia Distillers was established in 1972 following the merger of the island's last two remaining rum estates and continues to produce spirits in accordance with the Saint Lucia Rum Geographical Indication.

The flagship Original expression is a blend of aged rums distilled in both Coffey column stills and copper pot stills, which are married together and finished in oak vats.
Colour: The rum possesses a rich dark amber hue.
Aroma: The nose is defined by typical pot still richness, featuring whiffs of cooked banana, caramelized fruits, and spicy oak derived vanilla.
Palate: A well balanced mid palate provides structure for flavours of chocolate, golden raisin, tobacco, and clove.
Body: The spirit is known for its harmonious, well rounded finesse and tremendous character.
Finish: The experience dissipates over a long, creamy finish.
ABV: This rum is bottled at 40%.
