The wine has a sustained, brilliant colour shading to violet at the rim and a nose that opens with airing on predominantly mineral notes mingled with more typical aromas of blackcurrant bud and cherry liqueur. On the palate it displays an attractive structure of stylish tannins accompanied by rich and generous spice and black cherry flavours with a touch of liquorice and menthol. The mature and powerful finish, complete, long and dense, expresses all the character of Cabernet Sauvignon grown in the best Languedoc vineyards.
