This beyond-excellent rose is salmon pink in colour. Its nose is floral and delicate, fresh. The tasting reveals beautiful fruity notes and a nice mineral side. The long finish offers beautiful floral notes already felt on the nose. A great vintage from one of the star rosés of Provence. The Classic cuvée is an organic wine, blend of Grenache, Mourvèdre, Rolle, Syrah, Cinsault et Carignan.
