On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and 'velvety', showcasing a core of dark red fruit, cloves, and leather with clean mineral notes. It is characterized by its harmony and finesse, supported by fine, lightly chalky tannins and a persistent finish. This 100% Nebbiolo was aged for 12 months in oak barrels of varying capacities followed by an additional year in the bottle, typically reaching an alcohol content of approximately 14%. While the estate follows modern sustainable practices, this bottling is not labelled as organic.
