The sensory profile is complex and vibrant, leading with aromas of citrus, white flowers, and elderflower, followed by notes of passion fruit, gooseberry, and a hint of freshly cut grass or mint. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied and silk-textured, showcasing an exceptional balance between juicy exotic fruit flavours and a racy acidity. It is characterized by its aromatic freshness and a long, persistent finish marked by mineral and saline undertones. This blend consists of 53% Sauvignon Blanc, 37% Vermentino, 6% Viognier, 2% Verdicchio, and 2% Semillon. The wine has an ABV of 13% and matured on fine lees for six months with regular bâtonnage to enhance its richness.
