This molasses based overproof rum is produced using both pot and column stills and undergoes a double maturation process: first in tropical climates and then in temperate French oak barrels.
Colour: It possesses a deep toffee amber hue, described as dark and sultry.
Aroma: The nose is intense and precise, featuring a complex bouquet of orange peel, coffee, plum, and jam, with undertones of smoked wood, truffles, and molasses.
