This crisp and refreshing Pinot Grigio is crafted from hand-harvested grapes which are vinified using traditional local winemaking techniques. To preserve the natural aromatics and freshness of the grape variety the wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and bottled while still youthful.

The result is a bright and vivacious white wine which is bursting with notes of lemon zest, orchard fruits and hints of dried herbs and floral fragrance.
