The vines of Pascal Jolivet grow in in the Loire Valley at an altitude of about 200 to 350 meters in a climate that is clearly continental, but also benefits from the Atlantic influences and the proximity of the Loire River, which creates a very special microclimate. The diverse soil formations characterize the mineral and at the same time very fragrant, elegant character of the wines of Pascal Jolivet.
