100% Chardonnay sourced from the 5 terroirs of Macon-Prisse, Macon-Davaye, Macon-Fuisse, Macon-Lugny and Macon-Loche. This Macon-Villages has a pretty pale gold hue. Rich nose of citrus, yellow fruits and white flowers. The palate is well-balanced, combining freshness and fleshiness, followed by a saline finish. 

Ideal as an apéritif but also an excellent accompaniment to shellfish, veal, poultry, sushi and risotto.
