Deep red-to-purple, with fine perlage. Intense notes of ripe fruits, cherries and sour cherries. Pleasantly delicate, fresh, light, with good acidity. Excellent as an aperitif, or paired with salami, tagliatelle with rag√π, or pastries such as sour cherry tart.
