From hillside vineyards in Novaia di Marano di Valpolicella, this classic blend of Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara was fermented and rested 10 months in steel, prior to release. Bright cherry, red cassis, is streaked with green herbal branch, and finishes snappy and briefly. Tannins are soft and fine, housing this to a pasty end. Best with meatballs.
