Sfursat “5 Stelle” is only produced in the very best vintages and represents a selection of the regions finest Chiavennasca (Nebbiolo). The grapes are naturally air-dried for 100 days prior to fermentation. Garnet-brick in colour with aromas of plum, tar, cinnamon and clove. The palate is full-bodied yet harmonious and flows through to a long, generous finish.
