Medium ruby red colour, quite forward aromas and flavours of ripe plum, currant and black cherry with hints of herb and spicy oak. Dry, medium-bodied, with rounded tannins, a sweet fruit centre and moderate length on the finish. Try with grilled sandwiches, braised beef dishes, grilled white meats or pizza.
