On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and rich, delivering flavours of black cherry, raspberry leaf tea, and blackcurrant balanced by a juicy acidity and soft, elegant tannins. It is characterized by its Bordeaux-style power and finesse, leading to a lengthy and complex finish with smoky nuances. The varietal composition varies by vintage but typically features a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc; for instance, the 2019 vintage was a 45/40/15% blend of these varieties. The ABV generally ranges between 13.5% and 14.2%. As of the 2020 vintage, Liquidity vineyards are certified organic.
