Very deep in colour tinged with garnet. Aromas of cassis berries, and spice like black pepper. A silky texture with very good length. An elegant wine! Pair with a roasted rabbit with trumpet mushrooms, Chateaubriand with Bearnaise sauce or beef tenderloin.
