Il Paradiso di Manfredi produces some of the finest Brunello di Montalcino available. They are a small, family-owned winery that works in a distinctively low-tech manner, organically and biodynamically farming a mere 2.5 hectares of Sangiovese wines. The Rosso di Montalcino has incredible freshness, lovely fruit character, and perfect balance.
