This wine is crafted from $100\%$ Sauvignon Blanc. It presents a pale yellow colour with subtle greenish sparks. The aroma is rich with intertwining notes of citrus and exotic fruit, layered with nuances of elderflower, fresh herbs, and a distinctive mineral piquancy. Unoaked, the palate offers a smooth, perfectly balanced, and juicy texture reminiscent of lemon sorbet, featuring bracing citrus, green apple, and exotic fruit flavours. Bright acidity and the signature Loire Valley minerality underpin a long finish, making for an elegant, fresh, and complex white wine that is ready to be enjoyed upon release. Vignoble Huteau Boulanger employs sustainable and minimal intervention viticulture practices, though the wine is not formally certified organic.
