On the palate, the wine is dry and medium bodied, delivering flavours of cherry that evolve into peppery and mentholated notes. It is characterized by its silky texture, fresh acidity, and a long finish that features a hint of cedar complementing its complex fruitiness. This 100% Pinot Noir typically features an ABV of 13% to 13.5%.
