One of the warmest BC summers for two decades, 2020 delivered beautifully ripened fruit for this unoaked Pinot Gris. Nearly transparent in the glass, with a lightly effervescent pink grapefruit opening, followed by pear and apple with a puckery lemon finish. A crisp delight with a lemony caesar salad or roasted snapper or cod with limes and fennel.
