The wine is well-structured with prominent tannins and a balanced acidity that leads to a long, mineral-driven finish. Composed of 60% Grenache, 15% Cinsault, 10% Clairette, 10% Syrah, and 5% other local varieties, it was matured exclusively in stainless steel tanks for six months to preserve its aromatic finesse.
