Food Pairing
The high acidity and bright red fruit profile of this Pinot Noir make it an ideal companion for roasted poultry, such as chicken or turkey, particularly when served with a cranberry glaze. It also pairs beautifully with earthy dishes like mushroom risotto or cedar-planked salmon, which complement the wine's forest floor and herbal notes.
