This single malt features a deep coppery gold appearance and is matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks. The aroma is a warm bouquet of salted caramel, dark chocolate, and dried fruits like raisins and apricots, underpinned by sweet spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg. On the palate, it offers a silky and viscous mouthfeel with flavours of runny honey, apricot jam, and juicy orange segments, evolving into toasted hazelnuts and milk chocolate. The finish is long, comforting, and decadent, leaving lingering notes of candied citrus zest, molasses, and a rich plum jam sweetness. It is bottled at 43% ABV.
