Gerard is very passionate and a purist. He uses “Lutte raisonnée” sustainable viticulture and takes a lot of care in plowing to preserve the terroir. This gives the Chardonnay a special, vibrant personality due to the subsoil (Kimmeridgian limestone/fossilized shells).
