This sauvignon blanc is certified organic and biodynamically farmed, from 35 year old vines grown on a 3.15ha plot of clay soils with flint and marls, native fermented. A broken stone base lines this medium white, with lemon pith and peel, anjou pear, white grapefruit, and ample mineral salts that turn into lingering flint on the finish.
