Purple in colour. Aromas of black fruits and spice. The shiraz offers complex notes of rosemary and cured meat whilst the Cabernet Sauvignon adds a beguiling structure and sweet cherry fruit core. A spicy edge along with a fragrant, almost honeycomb-like finish.
