This is a blend made from grapes grown in the Rubicone area, between Bologna and San Marino, on the Adriatic coast. Fresh mushroom scents and flavours, spice, and elevated mineral notes - chardonnay adds presence, while trebbiano lightens the body and aromas. Serve with grilled fish or mild pasta dishes after chilling.
