Raphet’s Passetoutgrains is a 50/50 split of Pinot Noir and Gamay. From 30-year-old vines, crafted with indigenous yeasts and aged in old French barrels for 18 months, this is an intoxicatingly fresh and approachable red.

It exudes attractive notes of red cherries, cranberries and orange rind on the nose. The palate delivers on this promise, with succulent notes of pomegranate, blood oranges and cherries on harmoniously balanced and vibrant palate. It will also age well over the coming few years, but is perfect to be drunk right now.
