This is a fabulous alternative to Champagne and the cuvee we have chosen is dominated by Pinot Noir (85%). It has a very expressive nose of red fruits and white flowers, with biscuit undertones, a creamy mousse and soft, fresh palate. An excellent aperitif, it also has the character and versatility to complement a variety of different foods.
