The great Rosés of Provence inspired Decoy Rosé. Unlike many Rosés, made as a by-product of bleeding off juice from red wine fermentations, the grapes for this wine were harvested explicitly at lower Brix to make a dry Rosé. It was fermented entirely in stainless steel to preserve further the wine's beautiful aromatics, pure fruit flavours and crisp, refreshing mouthfeel.
Crisp and generous, the Syrah and Pinot Noir Rosé wine blend is full-bodied with dark cherry, ripe strawberry, baking spice and delicate herb flavours on the palate. A serious Rosé looking for food. Enjoy it with chicken, pork side ribs or salmon steaks.
