On the palate the wine is remarkably rich and layered, with flavours of black cherries, ripe raspberries, plums and savoury grilled notes. The wine is elegant and perfectly balanced, and with its fresh acidity and fine lively tannins this is a perfect food wine. Aged for 15 months in French oak barrels, this wine is delightful to drink now but will also continue to develop with age in the coming years.
