This bottling is an example of how a low intervention, unencumbered wine can be crowd pleasing, instantly crushable, and available at a great price. Black cherry, plum skins, third-wave coffee, and a hint of tobacco make this a terrific pairing for meaty pizzas, lasagna, or even burgers.
