Chateau Lanessan hails from the Haut Medoc appellation of Bordeaux, France. This historic estate traces its winemaking roots back to the late 18th century following its purchase by Jean Delbos, remaining in the hands of the Bouteiller family for eight consecutive generations.

Sporting a deep purple-black color, this wine opens with a highly attractive, expressive nose of blackcurrants, cassis, and black raspberries mingled with spring flowers, pencil lead, and light mint. The medium-bodied palate is wonderfully fresh, vibrant, and concentrated, displaying energetic red and dark berry profiles alongside graphite, a dab of black pepper, and subtle notes of tobacco and scorched earth.
