The wine presents a beautiful, intense purple color. On the nose, aromas of red fruits and Morello cherries dominate, but a hint of spice brings complexity. The mouth is ample, rich, not void of freshness. The tannins are supple. The finish has a slight woody character that prolongs the tasting.

It is the only Sancerre wine that can be marketed under the exclusive name of “Château de Sancerre”.
