The wine typically shows a straw yellow color with green highlights.

The nose is very expressive, often offering notes of peach, apricot, jasmine, and white blossoms. In the mouth, it is rich with flavors of white fruit, pineapple, honey, and lemon. The palate is often round and mineral, with a terrific tension between the round Southern Rhône character and a firm core of acidity. The wine is elegant, well-balanced, and structured, leading to a long finish with good aromatic persistence.

The blend is dominated by Grenache Blanc (50%), with the remainder being Clairette (20%), Bourboulenc (20%), and Marsanne (10%).
