Produced using the same Charmat Method as Prosecco, this Brut Rose is made with Raboso and varying local varieties depending on the vintage. Delicately pink in color, wild berry and cherry aromas, dry with a fine and lingering perlage. Ideal with seafood, white meats and mild cheeses.  85% Pinot Nero, 15% Raboso.
